How to book
- Log in to the reservation system.
- Choose the studio, the activity and a time in the calendar. The activity determines which workspace and equipment we prepare for you, so choose by what you will actually do.
- Pay. The confirmation email means the reservation is valid. It also contains your access code.
Reservations are by the hour. Need more time? Book several hours in a row. Workshops and courses are booked the same way in the calendar. Private lessons and group events are arranged through an inquiry form.
How to pay
- By card through the payment gateway when booking.
- From your deposit. Top up the deposit by card and pay reservations from it with one click. Handy if you come regularly.
- With a gift voucher. You do not enter the voucher when booking. Email us a photo or link of the voucher together with your customer number, we load its value as a deposit and you book from that.
Purchases in the studio (extra material, bisque blanks, refreshments) are paid contactless at the terminal.

Current prices and what they include are always listed with the activity in the activities overview. Prices may differ between studios.
Changes and cancellations
Reservations are governed by the terms and conditions. When a reservation can be cancelled and when you are entitled to a refund is described in Cancellation & withdrawal.
