Deposit & gift vouchers
Deposit
The deposit is credit on your account that you pay reservations with. Top it up by card in the reservation system and pay reservations without entering your card again. Gift vouchers are also loaded as deposit.
- It is not legal tender or electronic money and works only in our system.
- It is tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another or used to pay for someone else.
- It is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged back for money. Unused deposit is not refunded when an account is closed.
- It can only pay for selected goods and services, as determined by us.
- We may remove it in case of abuse of the system.

Gift vouchers
- To redeem a voucher, email us a photo or link of it together with the recipient's customer number. We load it as a deposit on their account, so the recipient needs to be registered.
- A voucher is valid for a limited time that cannot be extended. After it expires, the voucher is void with no refund of the price or any part of it. Do not leave redeeming it to the last minute.
- A workshop voucher does not guarantee a free spot on a specific date, book ahead.
- You can withdraw from a voucher purchase only until it has been redeemed.
